Health, Safety, and Environment Service

The Health, Safety, and Environment Service provides advice and training on occupational health and safety, and the environment, to meet organizations’ needs in carrying out their activities and facilitating decision making and union representation.

The Service employs more than thirty people working in three different action areas: prevention, supporting victims of accidental injuries, and the environment. The Service also provides union advisors specialized in representation in workers’ compensation cases (work accidents and occupational illnesses), industrial engineers, mental health specialists, and ergonomists.
